Hey there!

I can’t wait for you to check out Whitetail Ridge. Please bring anyone with you who might be helpful in choosing your venue. I love to include those important people as I show you around. You will want to plan 30-45 minutes for our tour. I will start by showing you around the venue and then we will take the time to talk through our package options to find the best fit for your celebration. It’s important that everyone participating in the tour be there on time so we can be sure to get the full experience. I look forward to meeting you soon!

The important people in your inner circle will give you valuable input and share in your excitement. They are also incredibly helpful in thinking through the practical concerns. I encourage you to bring them with if they are helping you make your final decision.

Just a reminder, we can’t guarantee dates without a signed contract.

Need a night to sleep on it, we can easily send you a contract over email to be sure your date doesn’t get taken by another couple.

If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.

We appreciate you respecting our schedules and allowing another couple the opportunity to fill in your appointment time.
